The BJP has announced its first list of 99 candidates for the Maharashtra Assembly Elections
On Sunday (20 October 2024), the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) released its first list of 99 candidates for the upcoming Maharashtra assembly elections. Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis is set to contest from his traditional stronghold, Nagpur South West.
The buzzer for assembly elections has been sounded in Maharashtra. Assembly elections are to be held on 20 November. On Sunday, BJP has released the first list of candidates. This list contains the names of 99 candidates. Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis will contest from Nagpur South West Assembly constituency. Sanjay Mukund Kelkar has been given ticket from Thane Assembly seat.

Sanjay Mukund Kelkar will contest from Thane Vidhansabha seat. Ravindra Dattatreya Chavan has been made the candidate from Dombivali. Vidya Jaiprakash Thakur has been made the candidate from Goregaon. Nitesh Narayan Rane will contest from Kankavali Vidhansabha seat. Chhatrapati Shivendra Raje Bhosale has been given ticket from Karad South.
